Unwilling to address: BDSM and A/B/O are squicks for me, so I would not be willing to provide fan labour for them.

Notes: In my professional editing work, I like to say that I believe that editing is a collaborative, creative process that depends on relationship! I also believe that each text is a gift, a treasure deserving of care and appreciation, and that the author's relationship to the text is the most important part of the work. Whether it's editing, culture-picking, or subject-specific knowledge, I'm all about that process of discovery and the joy (even in the slog-y parts!) of helping writers be their best selves. I can give specialist expertise about grad school in the humanities, small-scale agriculture, knitting, and professional kitchens; I can culture-pick Canadian culture generally and Montreal culture specifically; I edit professionally and working with fan-creators is much more fun than working with academics!
