I am an American from the Midwest, so I can look for spelling and phrases that wouldn’t be used in America if you’re from another country and need help with that! About my specialist expertise: I’m a food scientist, so I have experience with laboratory work in chemistry and microbiology. I’ve worked at three different food manufacturers, so I have a pretty wide breadth of knowledge about food factories, as well if you would want that information for any reason at all.
